Cycle suggestions
Hi Guys,
First time posting on this board. I’ve been working out and dieting for 2 years now and I am having trouble putting on size. I’m 30, 6’4 , 165lbs. I’ve used diet plans, supplements etc to no avail. My body type is athletic and pretty much all muscle but I’m looking to put on some size.
Could anyone suggest a cycle/dosage to use for my first time. I’m hoping to put on about 10-15lbs and retain at least 8-10lbs if possible.
Any guidance would be great.

Welcome and brazey is right; it is all about food. If you take steroids and gain some weight, but do not enough food then you will lose all of your gains.
