Need help with clenbuterol please

Hi everyone I'm new to this I starting clenbuterol and was looking advise on how many a day to lose some body weight can anyone give me some advise on how many tablets a day etc many thanks

Tabs come in different strengths, therefore no once can tell you how many tabs. But, you can tell by the tabs strength. I like to personally start with about 80mcg's per day to start, but I have done a lot of it and would suggest starting with about 40mcg's a day. If you have shaky hands, then you are doing plenty. Our bodies become used to it quite quickly and then you can bump it up a bit. I usually start at 80mcg's and go up to 120mcg's over a two week period. Then I stop for two weeks until my body is no longer accustomed to it and then start over at 80mcg's again.
Also, this is not a miracle drug. If you are not already losing weight through your own efforts, clen will not help you at all in my opinion. But, if you are doing the right thing and dieting and doing some cardio, then clen can help expedite the process a bit. Good luck!
