    New to Forum

    Hello all,

    New to the forum.
    About me, 43, 6'4" 240 LBS. I was up to 285 and couldn't see I was fat in the mirror, but pictures didn't lie. I've COMPLETELY changed my eating habits and have been doing cardio and lifting 6 days a week, and legitimately putting in effort. I was diagnosed with Low T, and have the prescription, but I was so heavy with a high BF I haven't started yet. I want my diet correct and to lose another 10 pounds before I start. I don't want any weight related problems. Great info on this site.
