Hey guys and girls. I'm new to the forum and somewhat new what this forums about and like I said I have no idea what I'm doing. I've always been into sports and lifting weights until I took off some time between 28yrs old and now 35yrs old due to some major personal problems but I'm glad to be back in the gym and this site looks like it's one of the most knowledgeable and reliable sites on the web. So I look forward to learning and trading info and everything else one does on a site such as this. Thanks,
