Uk new member
Hi guys im nathan from leeds uk ok so im a new member here to broaden my research and maybe input been lifting 16 years and started my venture into bodybuilding in june 2014 current stats are 6"3 116kg with 12% bf not sure what else to say at the mo other than hi and hope to get chatting soon

Yeah its pretty cool i built it me sen thinking about getting a 330d drop top as im doing abit more mileage these days so having to use v power in the beast is killingmy bank balance lol

Haha way ahead of you mate i gotta 6 year old terror already but i manage i guess just looking for other opinions on what to do i mean the guy i get my advice from won his class in leeds show last year then placed 5th at brits in Nottingham so he knows his stuff but as i said on another thread what works for one might not work for all how about you ? Oh and its good to speak to like minded people

Well I aim to be on stage 6 weeks today at batley frontier, North East regionals. First timers mind you, so I'm bang in training and dieting, can't stop thinking about it, so I'm trying to give out well meant advice lol while Iv got a spare minute.

Yeah i can imagine mate a few of my friends usually compete there and i thought itd be a good place for me to start i just dont think il be good enough il give it a crack if im not good enough il go on another bulk then cut ready for august i wish u luck pal you certainly seem motivated enough and look nearly ready so good on you one bit of advice is get a good tan not a wet one as the judges hated the wet look last year il ask see what theyre feeling this year

Yeah struggling to get these last few percent / lbs. off, I'm on net 1650 cals after cardio, had a cheat meal Saturday so I'm hope that does the trick this week

Is it water weight or bf tho im assuming by your pic itll be water weight so itll allbe down to what if any diuretics you take to get rid il ask my trainer what he did for his just incase he might of did something you aint

Well Iv just got some nolva to deal with a bit of gyno, so again I'm hoping I can dry out a bit with that, there is some fat on the love handles, not much, but I'm just not low digits yet so it has to be fat, and a bit on glutes too. T3 just melted muscle even on tren ..
