first cycle
I have no knowledge of this and want help on what I should be using, how much I should be using, how often and how long for. I'm 21 6ft1 and 77kg, Im a swimmer and very fit but tried of being skinny and wanna aim for a body similar to Jeff seid but not as extreme. So I want to gain as much muscle as possible without loosing much/any muscle weight after my cycle and still lose fat whilst I'm on the cycle. All without spending to much money. I honestly have no knowledge on what I'm doing so basically need it dumbed down for me. Thank you for helping me.

Welcome to the community. At 21 you're not ready. Research here and in about 4 years you will/should know what to do. For now training and especially nutrition will get you moving toward your goals.
