    New. First cycle

    Just thought I would stop in and say hello. This is my first cycle, so I want to make sure I put enough knowledgeable people around me in case I hit some speed bumps. Sitting at around 375 lbs for bench and my goal is to hit 450lbs before fall. I know not great numbers, but I am 5'5" and 180 lbs.
