iv been lifting for a few years i i just came across a hookup on test e and tren a iv never done a cycle before so im looking for some advice on the best way to go about doing my first cycle. any advice would be appreciated thanks.

And afterwards, read it again and then bookmark it.

The best way in the communities opinion is to do it properly as suggested in the article I gave you. You will need a PCT, and an AI, and HCG if you choose (highly recommended).

I would pass on the tren , it's really not a novice level steroid , most people use it for aggressive cutting cycles or preps and it's really rough on your body and comes with a lot of sides. The test E is a bit easier to manage and will give you the strength and size you are looking for, without hammering your body like the tren would.
