Hello,
I've been doing a lot of research and Im ready to start my first cycle. I have read through all of the "My First Cycle" thread. Right now what I'm looking to do is:
10 week cycle of test c at 400mg a week. I'm trying to decide if I want to add dbol at 25mg for the first 5 weeks. Any suggestions on that? Also, after reading the "My First Cycle" thread I am doing more research on using hcg for all ten weeks and arimidex for 12 weeks. For PCT, I am planning on using clomid and thinking about adding nolvadex too. Any suggestions would be great.

Welcome. I would advise to do exactly what is outlined in the thread you mentioned for your first time. It really has everything covered and you will learn how your body reacts to everything before starting complicated cycles with lots of compounds

Hello I would stay away from AAS until your body is fully developed. Your only 20yrs old you have a ton of natural growth potential right now no need for juice right now. Eat right lift hard and you will grow.

Welcome and agree w/all above statements(your age is very important when considering AAS - nothing under 25) your HPTA needs to be fully matured!

The first cycle is the one where u gain best
Make sure u grab quality gear
Keep ur food and supps in line for the magic otherwise ur wasting the goodness
Sleep is key so maje sure u have nyquil or something for those tough nights
Plus showering immediatelu after every workout usinc noxema helps prevent the inevitable backne
