So im old school. Been out of the scene a long time. Getting back in on it. Back to the grind with supplements and training. In a few months ill b back to a good enough condition to cycle again. Back to mexico i guess.

But overall im joining to try n share my knowledge and experience to others as well as to learn from my brothers in iron

Been about 5 years since i went hard. I have about 15 years total under my belt. 10 of those years were hardcore. The last five i focused on my education instead of my body. Time to get back to the grind

But yea a lot has changed....its a big change....but i know ill find my way
