    cutting or trimming

    Does it really work? I work 5 days a week and I workout about 4 times a week no cardio though. I just need to lose my belly

    Everything has to do with how many calories you are putting into your body and how many calories you are burning during the day. If you have a belly you simply need to make some adjustments. If you work out 4 times a week and work 5 days a week but have a belly you simply need to cut some of your caloric intake and it will start to go away. Good luck!
