New guy from scandinavia recovering from all sorts of stuff

Hi all dear bodybuilders,

I started powerlifting at the end of seventies, and have been going to the gym on and off
since. Some breaks as long as 5 years.

Had all nice and going until last autumn when i
was diagnosed bad tendon tear in my left shoulder. One month after that i got lung
embolia due to the immobility.

Now i am starting all from basically from the scratch again. I am using warfarin now to prevent from clotting, quit smoking, and started wearing compression socks ( i know, grandpa stuff )

I started using aas four years ago quite modestly, and managed to get a quite a nice figure to my age (b 1959).
Bodyweight at 200 with 11 % fat.

I am starting my first blast ( i am cruising with 200 mg test cyp all the time)
with tren ace and test prop 8 weeks.
Prami and arimidex added.
