    Smile Towards starting gym

    Hello,

    I am long far away from you guys living in Asia.
    Glad to write here and get to introduced to you all.

    I would like to start going to gym, probably from next week.

    Thanks for your welcome. I have started doing the gym. Right now its going in lighter form of exercised mainly warm ups and some starter methods as I am just new and also I can't go there everyday but 4 days a week.

    Hope you guys will give me some tips.

    Since you just started I would suggest easing into it. Four days a week is fine. I have found that when someone decides to start going to the gym, if they go overboard they also will burn out quickly and give up entirely after a relatively short period of time. If you start out at a reasonable pace you will be more likely to easily accept it into your lifestyle and will be able to continue forward without stopping. Congrats on starting and keep up the good work.

    Thanks, I am enjoying and going on well, not making hurry to reduce weight faster and gaining muscles soon.
    You are right. I want to carry it on as part of my daily life.
