    Brand new

    so today I spent around 3 hrs looking thru all this material and looking thru the diet and training and reading posts and I wish I mean I wish I would have known about this site b4 I did my cycle. this site is truly educational and I look forward to the help so many of you are happy to give. thanks

    so many lil town lies and mis conceptions I had before this website. the guy who turned me on to this world is an idiot. not very many things hes told me have checked out. so glad I found this bible of information.
