Right now I'm 22. 5'9 242 Fat and unattractive. I just got a job so I'm interested in getting my body tight. I'm very strong for being fat and out of shape. I bench 285 curl 135-145 can do 50 pushups and so on. But I just want to add more muscle and fat and get rid of my gut and bitch tits in the shortest time possible. All advice and tips are greatly appreciated.
