Just wanted to introduce myself. I tried joining last week but had issue with user name I guess. New to this so still learning how it all works. Been reading up on here for the last couple weeks and now have decided to brave it out and ask the questions I need to know to run a proper cycle. I ran one a couple years ago but hadn't researched, just did what a budy said. Looking back, big mistake which is probably why I didn't reach any of my goals that I had expected.
So this time around I'm doing it smarter and getting the knowledge to achieve what I'm looking for. Which really is to just bulk up and look and feel good. I'm 46 years old 5'8" and 170lbs. Work a very physical jod in concrete construction and work out about a half hour a day, six days a week. So there is my introduction, look forward to your help and knowledge in the other forum topics!
