    New member here

    I've been back in the gym for almost 10 years including a 3 year hiatus from when I was hit by a truck . 44 yrs old , 240lbs ,5'10" . Looking to drop 45lbs. Been on a strict diet and the weight is coming off . Also looking to add lean muscle , I do a sport where quick twitch muscle is a major factor . Been reading up on VAR and Winny along with test , I know this is the place for advice .
