I;m sixty years old and an inveterate athlete and compete in sprint tri's, 3k runs. and have been a gym rat my entire life. I am riding my road bike across my home state of Wisconsin in three weeks, 450 miles. I want to juice beforehand to increase my fun. Does anyone care to advise me abut what to take? Or is it feasible to do on such short window of time? Thank you in advance for your assistance. My goal would be to increase cardio stamina and cut down my recovery time in this six day ride.
