    Newbie trying to learn.

    My names Brad, I live in Arizona, I'm 24 and I've been lifting since I was about 18.

    Height: 5'10

    Weight: 170

    BF% 6


    For the past 8 months I've been eating and lifting extremely hard to try and gain some mass.
    It's always been hard for me to gain weight. I'm trying to do as much research as I can so I can take my first cycle.
