Hello everyone, i decided to join this community because i want to get back on track. A bit about myself, i'm 29yo live in uk/london, 6'2 and 200lbs. Been lifting weights for around 5y on and off. My highest weight was 230lbs. Best deadlift 500, squat 400 and bench 300. Now i'm a bit out of shape... I lost like 30lbs in less than a year because of my ex, damn! but now everything is ok i'm free again, found a better job and planning to start growing again. I will upload 2 picture of me when i was in shape
