    Hello everyone. I am Deb and I have been training for about 20 years.
    I am a 6' 3" Male and I weigh 235lbs.

    Thanks...I am looking to get more defined and add some mass to my lower body.
    I would like to remain around 225-235 lbs. but have that chiseled look.
    Any recommendations on a beginner's Cycle would be awesome.
