    What's up?

Hello, all throughout my life I've participated in several sports competitively until I had a compilation of minor injuries that kept sidelining me on intervals, due to this fact I quit most sports and conditioning altogether and as the years passed I ballooned to 300 lbs. for 2 years now I've been training in my sport and occasionally conditioning in the gym by weight training and light cadio but hadn't seriously committed to a training regiment until now that I lowered my body weight to 233 lbs. and about 23 to 26 body fat % (best guess). I stumbled upon this site as I was looking for info on how to better train and I had no thoughts of steroid use but after a lot of reading in these forums and your incredible in-depth information I must admit that I am at least curious and would like some advise. This is a pretty cool place, and I've read a lot of stuff that just makes sense.

I would stick to your diet and cardio until your at least 15% BF. Read the stickies and just get very familiar with everything. (Executing my first cycle planning ) you can look this sticky up it is a must read for new beginners. Good Luck!
