squat max 255
training experience 2 years
2 cycles, started 165 lbs over 16% bf, diet is horrible I get about 4000 calories a day with 100 grams of protien added to regular diet with shakes. I'm lucky to be able to eat anything and still have abs. Joined forum because I'm planning a 3rd cycle and want some go advice and critique!
