    Introduction

    Hey All, 33 y/o male 6'3" 192 lbs 12% bf
    bench max 225
    squat max 255
    training experience 2 years
    2 cycles, started 165 lbs over 16% bf, diet is horrible I get about 4000 calories a day with 100 grams of protien added to regular diet with shakes. I'm lucky to be able to eat anything and still have abs. Joined forum because I'm planning a 3rd cycle and want some go advice and critique!

    Welcome indeed! Diet and training are the most important part to a good look, as well as being healthy. No amount of AAS can cover up bad diet or training. But you're in a great place to get advice from people who've succeeded, as well as failed, and we will certainly share what we can with you to help you make good decisions regarding your own training and health!
