    Asian Chinese newbie here

    Age : 25 .Currently at 5"6 180lbs. BF above 15% i guess. Been lifting since I was 16. From Malaysia, which is just below Thailand where testosterone are sold OTC without any prescription. Here to learn, and have been learning a lot. The forum is giving me a mindfk though, one thread says one way, the other thread says the other way around. Still all natty but tempted to start
