Hello, Im 34 and live in Texas. 5'11" , 220#. I thought I might have reached a point where I was going to try some "sups" but Im so confused after reading on this for a while. Didnt know I would have to be a rocket scientist to do this. lol.

Hello and don't get overwhelmed it takes a little time to figure things out. Read the sticky's they will help the most. Just don't get in a hurry.
