    New here 25 years old some help please

    Hey guys im new here i started gym im skyny type 135lbs 5;9 but i want to be more big muscular and i want to know some tips like steroids or any tips u have thank u very much

    You need to eat, lift and sleep, eat,lift and sleep.......and you will start to grow. Build a good base before the sauce. Look in the nutrition section and read the Marcus diary lots of good info for lifting.
