Hi all Just wanted to check in and formally join.. I have been a member over on another forum for a while but I felt compelled to join in here for some reason. I am about to do my first round of Test E at the standard 500mg/wk and I have some questions before i start pokin..
Im 41 been a lifter off and on since I was 14, so i have some size but most of it has become soft and flabby because of years of doing nothing.. I have been lifting again now for a few weeks and feel I would benefit from some increase of test. I need to drop a significant percent of BFat too and I was hoping that doing some test e along with my cardio will enhance the melting factor..
I am very interested in chemical enhancement because of old injuries I can't go power lifting very hard but I am not afraid to push as much as my body will tolerate.. I am also very interested in the dietary portion of all this because I would like to lean out dramatically and fill back up my softy with some lean beef.. 5' 9" 235lbs 25-30% human jello
