    36 male -

Whats up everybody. I am a 36 year old male from Long Island. Been working out on and off for the last 3 years. Currently going hard for the last 6 months. Went from 252 down to 215 in 6 months. Muscle starting to show nicely but the stubborn belly fat doesnt look like it is going anywhere anytime soon. Looking for help here. I have been natural up to this point.

Welcome to the forum! Brazey is spot on and losing those final stubborn pounds is diet related. Getting where you want to be is certainly a combination of everything, but when it comes to fat, a good diet is even better than cardio; but of course both are great. As I got older (I'm 45 now) to lose weight I like to get up and walk on a treadmill for an hour each morning before I even eat breakfast. I hate to run, but anyone can walk, which is what I do. There may be no merit to my thought process here, but I feel as though when I wake up I have no food in my stomach to burn therefore I must be burning fat. Whether this is true or completely wrong, walking alone with a decent diet has always worked for me. Good luck and again, welcome!
