My name is Ken. I'm 34 years old with low testosterone. I'm being treated by my family doc, dose isnt aggressive enough for my liking. I'm 5'11 315 and 30% body fat.
I fat ****ed myself. For the past 8 years I've been in graduate school. No time to work out. I discovered my low T because of depression type symptoms and sleep disturbances.
Prior to starting school I trained in MMA pretty heavy, dabbled on and off with weights. Weighed 200, but was always high body fat. I could lose weight but it was always tons of muscle too.
I am cleaning up my diet. Junk food and sweets are gone. Soda is gone. Some of my shit eating habits are related to my depression and low T, I would eat like a depressed woman.
My goals are in December to get to a TRT clinc that will get me on at least 200mg Test per week and get my total and free t levels to the very top or over reference range. I am planning on using a linear progression barbell program like steonglifts or grayskull. Ive set up a home gym. Also plan to get me diet cleaner, though what cleanr means is up in the air.
My current doc has me on 100mg per week of test cyp. I've banked up enough from skipping doses to use 200mg from now till December. I've been on 200mg for 6 weeks, going to get my Hematocrit CBC checked soon.
Looking to learn as much as I can. No intention of doing a cycle. Just hear to learn.
