Hey everyone. I'm 47 years old working out really hard for 5 year. Diet is in control planning to do my first cycle. I going to do the MY FIRST CYCLE protocol. So but I do have a problem with my shoulders just pain not that I can't do my workout but a little disconfor so what you do think abouth to add DECA to helping with the shoulder problem ? Any suggestions or help will be appreciated. Thanks
