    Hey everyone. I'm 47 years old working out really hard for 5 year. Diet is in control planning to do my first cycle. I going to do the MY FIRST CYCLE protocol. So but I do have a problem with my shoulders just pain not that I can't do my workout but a little disconfor so what you do think abouth to add DECA to helping with the shoulder problem ? Any suggestions or help will be appreciated. Thanks

    Welcome to the forum you should get you shoulder looked at first so it does not hinder your training.

    Sup Jr? Welcome to the forum. Shoulder problem huh? That's the worst! Well, next to back problems. My left shoulder has some issues from a distant injury so I feel where you're coming from man. Deca IS supposed to help. That's what all the research shows. But it might be best to stick around and hear it from the vets before you buy that stack.
