Its been awhile but after a blood test and 2 clinic visits and a work trip out of town I started my therapy on the 23rd. I started 200 mg. of test c per wk. with bloodwork ordered at 6 weeks.
From what I have been reading thats a pretty healthy dose, Im 5-10 190 with 25% bf. I think my level has been low for a long time I have been lifting weights and running for 25 years and never could get good results. I look forward to this but im nervous at the same time!
