Howdy Y'all!!
I have been working out for about 3 years now. Started at 215 lbs., 5'11 and was not eating or living right much less working out. I slowly and steadily have ramped up my routine over the last couple years and eat really good/ work out 5 days a week. I started getting TRT about 6 months ago and have had nice results. I am mid 30's 180 and have a decent build, I dream about one day competing in mens physique and need some help taking my game to the next level. I originally started living for power and size, but quickly realized I wanted to focus on being smaller and cut considering my entire family has a problem with obesity. If anyone has any pointers or WHATEVER, I'm all ears and do not pretend to know it all.
