TRT Can I Take This Lemon and Make Lemonade?

Hello everyone, I am a 60 yo male who is out of shape and I am currently on HRT for hypothyroidism and I just started TRT for low test.
    Total test 307 before TRT
Free Test calculated at 3.86 before TRT
    6'4" tall
    295 lbs
I Have been reading voraciously on this forum and the web and all of this information is a bit overwhelming. I want to think I am a smart person but I am thinking about going from the goal of high normal test levels with TRT to what may be an unwise idea to exceed maintenance levels of test by doing test cycles. For example I have a prescription currently for 1.5 cc's of test cyp 200 1x week. Since I am out of shape does it make sense to purchase additional test w/o prescription and Hcg to do 8 week cycles followed by 4 week PCT? My goal is to try to win back a few years in physical looks, maybe burn some fat and feel better than if I just did TRT. What's the other members thoughts on this idea?

Sorry The TRT current injections are .75 cc test cyp 200 per week. Also the PCT I had in mind would possibly be clomid and novaldex on a 4 week. Please help me get on track?

    Welcome to the forum!

I dont comment on many HRT posts as its not really something im familiar with

But i would advise to get your bodyfat percentage checked and make sure it is under 15% before cycling with additional testosterone or any other compounds.

    Welcome!

You dont need PCT while on TRT, just go back to normal TRT dosage.

Post your TRT questions on the TRT subforum, plenty of helpfull knowledgeable guys there.

Welcome to the forum! I don't think it would hurt anything to raise your test levels to the top normal for the reasons you mentioned. But that's just my opinion. Be well.

I agree with Mr BB. If your on TRT you don't have to worry about a PCT. Just raise your Test levels up for a cycle period, then go back down to normal TRT levels when your finished cycling.

Also, you might want to use a short ester Test to cycle with (along with your regular TRT Test). That way whenever you finish your cycle, it won't take as long to get your levels back down to normal. That way if you have to do BW for your TRT you won't come in with high test levels and possibly put your TRT in jeopardy with your doctor. This is just my opinion. Be well.

Thanks I will put the cycling on hold for now. I am certain it is greatr than 15 per cent.
