    Newb.

Hey everyone. I'm new to this site... New to forums in general actually lol. I have a pretty decent knowledge of exercise science and I'm looking forward to learning new things as well as helping others.

I'm also looking into a first cycle. I have never done one before and would be interested to know more about what one could expect, where to acquire, intensity of training required on cycle, if/by how much protein intake should change and other useful info!

I'm also surprised at the number of members on this site. Gives me a little more security. Any advice on staying safe in forums would be cool too. THanks

Also, this is not a source board therefore you will not be able to locate any gear here. But we can offer a ton of good advice. A lot of it has already been written by knowledgeable members, so I would suggest first read, read and read some more. Then when you have some more detailed questions, ask away.
To start, search Austinites thread called "planning and executing a successful first cycle." It will lay out a lot of the important basics to consider. Good luck and again, welcome to the forum.

On this site. It would be too easy to get in trouble; and if anyone contacts you I would suggest you ignore them. They are probably trying to rip you off. We are here to offer the best advice we can, but people have to find whatever they want on their own.

Dang. I really have no idea where to start looking and I really don't want to wonder up to some jacked guy and ask lol. Thanks for the info tho. I don't want any sketchiness in my gym life. I'll stay on the site and hopefully I can offer up some advice too.
