Hello to all,
I've recently retired from the Marine Corps at the ripe old age of 38. I have been lifting on and off for the past 15 years. Been lifting for the past 2 years consistently. I remained natural during my enlistment, but now that i'm retired well you know it's that time. I'm currently 5'11 205 with about 15% bodyfat. Looking forward to gaining a wealth of knowledge from you guys.
