Ok ive been here a while reading for years off and on. I worked in a gym from 14 to 21 did my 1st cyclev250 test c no pct didn't know a thing at 21. Well I became a truck driver 3 years ago and I'm quitting Jan 15 going back to college and the one thing I miss the most is the gym and energy I had I want it back. So I'm not going to have a job just 4 classes and gym to focus on this is my vacation. 2014yrs old 6'1 235lbs 17% Bf. Ok my diet sucks right now but I'm a truck driver once I get my off time very clean diet will fall into place. Basically need help on my 1st planned cycle
