Will get straight to it. Really want some advice for the most ideal cutting cycle for my body. I'm 6'2, 98kg, 22years old and say (not sure on the exact) 22-25% BMI. I know eating right is the most important part for any cycle to work so any advice or thread links for a simple as hell eating guide. I recently moved to Germany from Australia and that has been the hardest thing since getting here. This is important for my line of work, and I made myself loose 20-25kg (purely natural) about 3 years ago but I never ended up toning myself and since then I've put some back on. Alright if there's anything else you need I will do my best to answer! Sorry for the wall of text!
