    Hey all!

    Hey everyone! I've been researching on this for a month or so and decided to join. A little about me... I'm turning 40 this month, 5'7, weight varies between 155 - 160lbs. Roughly 15% bf. I really want to add lean mass as well as speed up recovery for shoulder and elbow pain. Hoping a few cycles will do the job.
