Hey everyone,
So I have fallen off the work out wagon for a while and got a bit of a beer gut, but with the new year fast approaching I'm going to start out my pre summer work out routine to get back into shape.
First starting off with the p90x series then hitting the gym 4-5 times a day.
I'm hoping to use this community to learn more about my options and things I can do to stay focused on this part of my life that I tend to let slip after 4-5 months.
