Hey everybody,
I joined this site today so I can post questions and get feedback about training, nutrition and supplements. I have been training on and off for about 15 years now. My goal is to be 225lbs with under 10% BF and stay there. I am currently at weight and working on getting the fat off. I am originally from Washington state, but since joining the Army 10 years ago I have been living in Georgia (Fort Benning and Fort Stewart). Right now I am in Iraq which gives ample time to train, the nutrition aspect is difficult to manage at times because of the less than desirable meals that are provided at times. I suffer the usual lower ab and chest fat that is difficult to lose especially when people keep sending me candy in care packages (sweet tooth does what it wants sometimes). I look forward to learning new tricks, finding better supplement sources and meeting new people here with the same goals. I am also considering pursuing a degree related to fitness after I finish the one I am currently working on.
