    A Little Late But...

    So ive been here about a week and didnt do an intro but I figured I would

    So im actually an athlete more then a lifter for the most part but I do have a good knowlege of lifting as well

    Ive been an athlete for close to 20 years, a lifter for about 15 years and I have about 13 years of gear experience

    I dont know as much as some of the guys here from what ive seen but I see there is a constant influx of new people which i guess is to be expected from a board like this so my goal is to help the new guys like the basics down

    Look forward to killing time and helping others!

    I think its right up your alley and you can help a lot of these young bucks. Guys like us that cut our teeth on Nandi were damn lucky to have had a guy like him to guide us and now we have the best forum I have ever been a part of to pass the knowledge on man. Its very cool. When things calm down on the home front more Ill catch up with you more here in a few weeks hopefully but again Im glad you finally pulled the trigger. What did you get bored being off work over the holidays and finally decide you would join? Fvck I have been on you for like a year to get your ass over here LOL

    Yeah in heinsight the old days were miserable these new guys are the luckiest ever, im still working on making a time machine
    And yeah ive been bored out of my mind so I finally caved in, glad I did though helping people is always a better use of my time then doing nothing
