Ok so where do I start.. First off I'm 20 years young. 350lbs 6'1'' more of a gut than anything.... Played football and threw shot put and discuss in high school. Just getting back in the rhythm of lifting again. Long story short, I need as much advise on meal plans/ diet information needed to achieve my long term goals. I do have knowledge of some supplements and what not. Thing is I'm not fully aware of them. I'm aiming for 250-275lbs lean as possible at that weight. So give me what ya guys/gals got for me, dont hesitate to be harsh lol. That's what i'm here for right?!
