    Thanks..

    Wow; after doing a good amount of reading here. Some of which should be required reading. I can't believe how much info. I have picked up. I have really started to implement many of the things I've read and am seeing the results already. While I may have been working out hard and eating well, I absolutely wasn't eating enough and needed to be working out more efficiently.
    As for a.s., there is no way I'm ready to go that route. I thought I was.. Maybe in a few months I can reassess where I am.
    The knowledge here is invaluable for creating a lifestyle that I want to live. Not just a quick/temporary fix. I plan to stick around and keep learning. So as I wrote above: thanks..
