New guy! Need as much advise and input
Ok so where do I start.. First off I'm 20 years young. 350lbs 6'1'' more of a gut than anything. ... Played football and threw shot put and discuss in high school. Just getting back in the rhythm of lifting again. Long story short, I need as much advise on meal plans/ diet information needed to achieve my long term goals. I do have knowledge of some supplements and what not. Thing is I'm not fully aware of them. I'm aiming for 250-275lbs lean as possible at that weight. So give me what ya guys/gals got for me, dont hesitate to be harsh lol. That's what i'm here for right?!

Good choice
Nobody is just going to sit here and tell you exactly what to do and what to eat, write you a diet plan etc
You need to do a bit legwork, pull something together, then ask for critique/tips on what your plan is
