Hoping to start my first cycle within the next 6 weeks!

Hey everyone!

So I'm looking to start my first cycle. I've done lots of research and what not, but obviously, I still don't know everything, so here is where I'm at:

23yrs
5'9
170lbs
9% BF

I was thinking: Test E 500mg/wk (250 twice per week) 1-12wks
Dianabol 30mg/day 1-6wks
Arimidex .5mg/eod 1-12

PCT: start 2 weeks after test; 4wks
Nolvadex 40mg/40mg/20mg/20mg

Are there any holes in my plan? If so, I'd love to hear advice as this is my first cycle. Was also going to throw in a Liv detox from week 1-6.
About blood pressure and cholesterol, should I be taking anything to combat that, due to the combination of gear? or just eat properly? I mean, I eat excellent as it is. My sodium intake is a little high, but I've started to drastically cut it down already.

I would add Clomid to your pct 100/50/50/50 and hcg during the cycle 250 iu 2xew from the beginning of the cycle right up to 3 days prior to starting your pct. save the dbol for another cycle. You don't need it for your first go

Awesome, thanks for the quick reply! Is the HCG just to help with Testicular atrophy, by keeping the natural testosterone producing?

Test only for a first cycle buddy, slowly get used to things and take your time

No need for dbol.

correct hcg mimic lh production maintaining some testicular function during the administration of exogenous androgens

Thanks for the info guys. Really appreciate it. Eventually I want to hit 195lbs, maybe 200lbs and be 5%. That's my current long term goal anyways. I'm sure once I hit that, my goals will go up.

Would only run the dianabol for 4 weeks (if you're dead set on running it), by then the test will be in effect.

Awesome! Yeah I'm not sure if I'll run it or not. I'm big on planning, so I've set up my next 2 cycles so I can budget for them, if all goes well with the first one of course. I'll definitely post the results and let everyone know how it turned out!

Welcome to the forum, Supernova! You will find this forum to be very informative. I agree with some of the other guys about the Dbol. Just save it for later, the test e is going to give you plenty of gains, with proper training and nutrition. Good luck!

Appreciate it! My diet is really clean. Any pointers for cholesterol management? If I eat clean already, is it still something I should watch?
