Hello everyone. Just Making a quick post to introduce myself.

33 years of age
Have not measured body fat recently but id say right around 18percent give or take.
Decided to drop from 248lbs to 190lbs a few years back due to thoracic injury.
Currently bulking at 202lbs. Currently eating 7 meals per day. No fried or junk food
Been working hard at gym for a bit over 2 years. 5-6 days per week
405 deadlift. Clean, no belt or straps. Lacking grip strength 4 reps
Just hit the 300 mark on bench press 3 reps
Comfortable squat 315 6-8reps
Decided to join the forum gain more knowledge about certain products and learning from members
My body has changed dramatically but I am Looking to gain a bit more size, 'up' my squat and deadlift game, so I have a lot of research to do and why not start here.
