Not sure on body fat but prob around 20-23 (getting tougher to lose the more I shed haha)
Started getting heavily into lifting and fitness about 16 months ago. Little embarrassing but I was at 305, extremely fat, and weak as hell when I started this whole deal. I was tired of feeling like shit and looking like shit. I would like to maintain the same body weight but get my body fat down to 10-12. It's a long term goal but I know I'll get there. Anyway, thanks in advance for all the great advice I'm sure I'll get!
