I am 53 yrs old, been training over 40 years. Right now compete as a Master Olympic Weightlifter. Best lifts now are 75 kg snatch and 100 kg C&J at 85 kg body weight. Looking to increase strength levels. Not really sure what my other lifts are at since I only do what I need to progress on the O Lifts and there is not much correlation between a huge squat and the lifts. I normally do not go much over 140 kg in the back squat for doubles and can jump off the floor with it. Do not front squat much since I do the split technique for both lifts but can front squat 125 kg easily. Do not do bench presses anymore and only do deadlifts with either a snatch or clean grip.
