    new to it all.

    Hi. My name is paul I'm 50. 5'11 203. Been working out close to a year now. Dr put me on test about 2 months ago 100mg shot a week. My thing is everything I've read. And study is not the same info I'm getting at the gym. Best book I've read so far is Arnold Schwarzenegger. I'm not trying to get big and crazy looking. Just need direction. Also not good advice but professional advice. Thanks any help will greatly appreciated. Ohh never been on a forum so if I put something in WRONG place please let me know

    You are on the perfect trt dose to start out. It's time to take advantage of those levels and dail in that nutrition. Welcome to the forum
