Hello
About me
24 year old male, training for 5 years. 182lbs. Height: 5'11, Body Fat: 15%, Lean body mass: 154lbs.
Currently: Losing weight
Program: 3 days 5x5
Squat: 255
Bench 225 (3x5)
Deadlift 345
Overhead Press 150
Barbell Rows 225
I decided to join the forum after reading through the nutrition and workout section stickies. The members here are positive and have good information.
